How much of a deal is this really?
The regular total cost of all of the courses included is $1299, so the discount is 65% off. You may not want all of the courses in the package, however, so the practical saving to you may be somewhat less. The price is less than 50% of the combined cost of the professional courses alone, and is about what you'd pay for a single 10-hour course with other on-demand CE services. And it can be nice to have a prepaid on-demand resource library to consult as needed.
How do I access my courses?
When you make your purchase you will create a username (usually your email address) and password. When you return to this site you simply enter this information and you will find the courses in your membership. Simply click on the course you wish to study. Your progress within each course is indicated, making it easy to pick up where you left off.
Are there text materials as well as video?
Yes, most courses have text components. In some cases these are booklets of the presentation slides. In others, there is a workbook you can use to follow along. In the case of many professional courses, there are pdf handouts you can download and print for your own clients.
Why is the total instalment price higher than the one-time payment?
The host of the courses charges an additional fee for instalment payments. The additional charge doesn't quite cover that extra expense, but we can manage it!
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

How long do I have access to the courses and materials?
Your access is ongoing and does not expire.
How do I get my CE course completion certificate?
Once you have watched all of the video content, simply complete the course feedback form and score over 75% on the short quiz (which may be retaken if needed). We will email your certificate, usually within 2 weeks.
