Launch Your Adult Life!
The transition into adult life has seldom been more difficult than it is today. But there IS a path forward.
In this course, the author of How to be Miserable in Your Twenties provides a roadmap to self-reliance and independence in a series of clearly understandable steps.
This course may be useful for ANYONE building their adult life. But it is especially designed for young adults having difficulty at the transition, and finding themselves more isolated, more withdrawn, and more dependent on help from others than they would like. In Japan the term is hikikomori; in the United Kingdom it is NEET (Not in Education Employment or Training. In North America it is more commonly known by the insulting term Failure to Launch. But it ISN'T a failure. It is, if anything, a DELAY - and an understandable one.
You will gain access to 82 short videos on topics ranging from disabling beliefs to overcoming fears to building a social life: Over 11 hours of content in total. No course can walk the path for you, and no course is a substitute for in-person therapy with a qualified healthcare professional. But the materials here can point out the pitfalls and the path forward.
