Launch Your Adult Life!

Please note: This course is free of charge, and will remain so until at least August 31 2025. Once you register you will have ongoing access to it, even if the pricing for NEW registrants changes in future. You will not be asked for payment card information.

The transition into adult life has seldom been more difficult than it is today. But there IS a path forward.

In this course, the author of How to be Miserable in Your Twenties provides a roadmap to self-reliance and independence in a series of clearly understandable steps.

This course may be useful for ANYONE building their adult life. But it is especially designed for young adults having difficulty at the transition, and finding themselves more isolated, more withdrawn, and more dependent on help from others than they would like. In Japan the term is hikikomori; in the United Kingdom it is NEET (Not in Education Employment or Training. In North America it is more commonly known by the insulting term Failure to Launch. But it ISN'T a failure. It is, if anything, a DELAY - and an understandable one.

But we don't need these terms: Virtually EVERYONE at the cusp of adulthood can find the years ahead to be challenging. Much of this is because it IS more difficult to launch an adult life than it once was. This course is designed to help.

You will gain access to 82 short videos on topics ranging from disabling beliefs to overcoming fears to building a social life: Over 11 hours of content in total. No course can walk the path for you, and no course is a substitute for in-person therapy with a qualified healthcare professional. But the materials here can point out the pitfalls and the path forward.
